Situated 6 kms south of Motueka on state highway 6 at Mariri, it is currently a pipfruit orchard with all production exported. The arrow on the map of New Zealand points to the property's location. Below is the plan of the property deposited with LINZ (Land Information New Zealand). North is towards the top and the measurements are in metres. This dates from 1974 and is prior to realignment of the coastal highway.
